Our professional fee and expense reimbursement policies are consistent with established retained executive search practices.

Guarantees

New Berkshire Partners guarantees that it will use its best efforts in conducting a search assignment until the project either is completed with the hiring of a qualified candidate or terminated by the client.

Under most circumstances, New Berkshire Partners will conduct a replacement search at no charge (other than expenses) for an executive hired as a result of our efforts who voluntarily leaves the client within six months of employment.
